Train services suspended after body found in NSW

A report is being prepared for the Coroner after a woman was found dead on a set of train tracks in northern New South Wales.

Emergency services were called to train tracks just north of the Booragul  railway station about 6.25pm on Thursday.

The body was found on the tracks causing train services in the area to be suspended while an investigation is carried out.

Buses were replacing trains between Fassifern and Hamilton.
