Tram track works will close this Gold Coast intersection

If you’re driving near the Gold Coast University Hospital this weekend, be aware of a full intersection closure at Olsen Avenue, Wintergreen and Parklands Drive.

The intersection will be closed from 8pm on Friday 5 May until 5am on Monday 8 May while the Gold Coast Light Rail team installs new tram lines across the intersection.

myGC has been advised that vehicle access to the Gold Coast University Hospital will still be possible via Hollows Way and the Smith Street Motorway/Parklands Drive intersection (see map below).
