The pair approached a worker, with the woman allegedly pulling out a knife and demanding money.
Cash was handed over from the till before all three took off in a get-away vehicle.
Police found the car a short time later in Palm Beach.
A woman from Upper Coomera and another from Southport, both 21, along with an 18-year-old Wattle Ridge man have been charged with one count each of armed robbery.
All three are due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on Monday.
