10. Cape Town Central, South Africa
This jewel at the tip of the African continent sits nestled among sweeping oceans views and contains lush botanic gardens. Wildlife experiences are in abundance, as well as some grim historical sites documenting the colonial past of this city.
9. Paris, France
Art, music, culture and cuisine blend into the bubbling city that is Paris. It is easy to squander time racing from monument to monument, cramming in the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, but it is best to remember that some things in Paris need to be mulled over and slowly enjoyed.
8. Buenos Aires, Argentina
The romance and seduction are rife in this city of wide boulevards, atmospheric neighbourhoods, and wild nights. Much like the Tango which Argentina is famous for, Buenos Aires will leave you breathless with its energy.
