Truck crash shuts down Princes Highway in Sydney
THE Princes Highway remains closed in both directions in Sydney’s south following a horror crash involving two trucks.
The accident happened along a stretch of the highway at Engadine just before 1pm – scroll down for video.
It’s understood a B-double truck collided head-on with a smaller truck near the intersection with Station Street.
The highway has been closed in both directions.
Southbound motorists already on the highway are being diverted around the crash via the Old Princes Highway.
Northbound motorists are now being diverted onto Engadine Avenue.
Motorists have been urged to steer clear of the area with emergency services and traffic crews still on the scene.
