TWITTER fans will be able to see their tweets beamed onto Sydnay Harbour Bridge this New Year’s Eve.
Revellers celebrating around the harbour and those watching on TV can use the hashtag #SydNYE to get their tweets projected onto the bridge’s pylons all night.
Organisers will display tweets that tie in with the year’s theme of Inspire.

Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore said it’s a great way to wish a Happy New Year to loved ones.
“Given we have over 200 nationalities here in the city, they can send messages to family and friends on the other side of the world. I think they would be excited about that.”
Nine News reports Seven tonnes of fireworks, including 11,000 shells and 25,000 shooting comets, will be launched from the bridge in displays at 9pm, 10.40pm and midnight.
