THE man accused of killing New South Wales teacher Stephanie Scott will have his case heard in court today.
24-year-old Vincent Stanford is charged with sexually assaulting and murdering the bride-to-be in April in the NSW town of Leeton.
Ms Scott was last seen on April 5 – Easter Sunday – preparing lessons before her honeymoon the following week.

Her burnt body was found in the Cocoparra National Park on April 10, the day before she was due to get married.
Vincent has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and murdering Ms Scott between 1.40pm and 2pm on April 5.
Vincent’s twin, Marcus, has also been charged with being an accessory after the fact.
Police claim Marcus received items in the post connected to the death of Ms Scott and continued to “assist” his brother until at least April 31.
Both men’s matters are set to be mentioned in Griffith Local Court on Wednesday.
