Two crashes on Sydney Harbour Bridge this morning

Sydney drivers are facing heavy delays this morning, as it’s been reported there were two separate crashes on the Sydney Harbour Bridge this morning.

At around 6:30am a four-wheel drive carrying two passengers, hit the toll booths and became stuck as it was travelling south on the Cahill Expressway.

The driver and passenger were freed and taken to Royal Prince Alfred hospital, with non life-threatening injuries.

Just moments later, at around 6:40am, a vehicle travelling on the western Distributor rolled near the southern toll booths of the bridge.

The vehicle has been towed, and no details of the injuries of the driver have been released.

Police are advising to avoid the area if possible.
