Two critically injured in highway rollover
TWO people have been critically injured in a shocking crash on the Hume Highway in Sydney’s southwest.
It’s understood to have happened on the highway near the Raby Road overpass in Woodbine about 3.15pm.
Police said a four-wheel-drive towing a caravan jack-knifed and rolled onto its side.
Two people – believed to be the driver and a passenger – remained trapped in the wreckage at 4pm AEDT.
They are both believed to have sustained life-threatening injuries in the accident, which destroyed the caravan.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
