Two of Dreamworld’s major thrill rides have been reopened to guests

DREAMWORLD has reopened two of its major thrill rides following an extensive safety audit.

The BuzzSaw and The Claw have both been cleared by a multi-level safety review and have re-commenced operations.

The review included Workplace Health and Safety Queensland’s audit, Dreamworld’s internal engineering review, Pitt & Sherry’s independent review and an external peer-review by UK based theme park safety specialists, LTC.

Four of the park’s Big 9 Thrill Rides are now back in operation following the death of four people on the Thunder River Rapids ride back in October.

The BuzzSaw is the highest inversion ride experience in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Claw is a 360 degree, 9-story pendulum swing ride.
