A short time later at approximately 12.35pm the same black Falcon was travelling along Bruce Street at Camp Hill when it went straight through a stop sign at Halland Street and collided with another car.

The Falcon then crashed through a fence and into a residence.

The occupants, a man and a woman, got out and ran over to another car parked nearby and attempted to force the female driver out.

A good Samaritan tried to help the driver and dragged the man and the woman out of her car.  Both then took off.

The driver and passenger of the other car involved in the crash, a 52 and 59-year-old woman, both received injuries and were transported to hospital in a stable condition.

Investigations have determined the same black Falcon was involved in another hit and run incident two days prior.

On April 25 around 12.15pm a car was stopped at traffic lights on Wynnum Road at Preston Road in Wynnum West was struck from behind by the vehicle.

The black Falcon reversed and fled the scene. The driver of the other car was uninjured.
