Two hospitalised after separate Gold Coast crashes

TWO people have been injured in two separate accidents on the Gold Coast this morning.

The first crash happened just after 8.00am, when two cars collided on Clagiraba Road at Clagiraba.

One of the motorists, a man aged in his 20s, was treated at the scene before being taken to Gold Coast University Hospital with chest pain.

Meanwhile, about an hour later, a car reportedly slammed into a pole on Columbia Court at Oxenford.

A woman, aged in her 60s, was injured and treated at the scene by paramedics.

She has since been taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
