Two people have been hospitalised following a nasty multi-vehicle crash on the Gold Coast overnight.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Pitcairn Way and Kopps Road in Pacific Pines just before 7.00pm.
Upon arrival, they found three cars had collided, with one of the vehicles rolling.

A man in his 70s suffered suspected spinal injuries and was treated at the scene by critical care paramedics.
A woman in her 40s sustained chest and abdominal injuries.
The pair were both taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions.
