Two men critical after separate attacks in Sydney

Two men are fighting for life in hospital this morning, after separate attacks in Sydney overnight.

One many was found critically injured at a wholesale business on a rural property in Sydney’s south west, just after 3.00am.

The 43-year-old had suffered serious stab wounds and head injuries, after being found by employees at the Greendale business.

He was rushed to Liverpool Hospital, where he’s reportedly in a critical condition.

Police have established a crime scene and are calling on anyone with information about the attack to come forward.

Meantime, in Sydney’s east, a man was allegedly assaulted by another man in Daceyville.

The 30-year-old was found on the footpath with head injuries just before 11.00pm.

He was treated briefly at the scene by paramedics, before being rushed to St Vincent’s Hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.

Police are investigating, and would like to speak to a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.

He is described as being about 183cm tall, with an athletic build and wearing a grey tracksuit.
