Two men granted bail over road rage attack on GC

Two men charged over the violent road rage attack on the M1, which left another man in a coma, have been released on bail.

In a Beenleigh Court today, the prosecution opposed that Jordan Baklas and Ryan Hallifax be granted bail for their alleged roles in the incident on February 24th.

Both men had been held at the Beenleigh Police Station but will be released this afternoon.

The victim, 29-year-old Brock Prime, remains in hospital in a coma with a suspected fractured skull.

There were concerns over whether Mr Prime would survive, but the court heard today he was in a stable condition.

A third man, charged with grievous bodily harm, will front court on May 2.
