Two men hospitalised following separate Logan incidents

Emergency services were called to a few incidents in the Logan region overnight, that saw a couple of men hospitalised.

A man in his 40s suffered minor injuries to his neck and face following an alleged wounding along North Road in Logan Central.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene around 12.30 am, where police say the man had suffered superficial injuries caused by knuckle dusters.

Early inquiries suggest the victim knew his offender, and he isn’t cooperating or making an official complaint, according to police.

The man in his 40s was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.

Earlier in the evening, paramedics, including critical care, were called to A private address in Boronia Heights following reports of an alleged assault.

A man was briefly assessed for wounds to his head and significant lacerations to his arms just after 8.30 pm before he was taken to hospital for further treatment.

He’s understood to be at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.

Police are yet to confirm whether or not they’re investigating.
