Two more women make formal complaints against Qld MP Billy Gordon

TWO more women have come forward and lodged complaints in relation to explicit images sent by Cook MP Billy Gordon.

Police have confirmed that a woman came forward last week, claiming that Mr Gordon sent her an explicit image on social media.

Following that complaint, officers also received information from a third woman over the weekend.

Deputy Premier Jackie Trad says she’s “disgusted” by the fresh allegations.

“Like the premier, I’m pretty disgusted at the revelations,” Ms Trad said.

Asked whether Mr Gordon should consider resigning from parliament she said: “That’s a matter for him.”

A police investigation into the incidents are currently underway.

Christine Gibson, 50, was charged with extortion in September, accused of trying to blackmail Mr Gordon over an indecent photo he sent her via a text message.
