Two Paris-bound flights diverted due to bomb threat

There are reports two flights from The U.S to Paris have been diverted due to a bomb threat.

The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed an Air France Flight 65, headed from Los Angeles to Charles De Gaulle was was diverted to Salt Lake City, Utah, due to a security incident.

It’s understood the plane has landed safely and security agencies are searching the plane.

There are also reports another Air France plane bound for Paris from Washington was also diverted.

It landed safely at Halifax Stanfield International Airport and the 298 passengers and crew members on the plane were all safe.

It’s believed anonymous threats were phoned into the airline.
