Emergency services have spent the early hours of this morning battling a large house fire in Ormeau.
Initial reports said a structure fire was happening at a house on Peachy Road, near Vennor Road and Proposed Road around 3.30am.
Five fire fighter crews arrived at the scene around 3.45am, and spent 45 minutes trying to contain the blaze.

All persons were quickly accounted for at the two storey property.
It’s believed the flames may have started in the garage.
The Fire Investigation Unit is expected to return to the scene this morning, to determine the cause of the blaze.
Paramedics attended the scene, though luckily no one was injured.
Police were also there.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services say they handed back the property to the owner around 5.45am.
