Margot Nguyen, an 18-year-old French tourist of Vietnamese origin, went missing from Kangaroo Point early today after arguing with her mother.
The young French tourist is believed to be on her way to Sydney, with the Queensland Police Commissioner Ian Stewart telling the ABC she’ll continue to be treated as a missing person.
The teenager was travelling around the country with her mother and has not made contact since with her since the argument.
Meanwhile, 16-year-old Jayde Kendall was reported missing in the Lockyer Valley, west of Brisbane.
She has not been seen since Friday afternoon on Highview Avenue at Gatton with her family saying it is out of character for the teenager.
