TWO teenagers have been charged for allegedly leading police on a wild chase through Logan several hours after they were involved in an armed carjacking.
It all started around 4.40pm on Thursday when the pair allegedly approached a 44-year-old woman as she sat in her car in Sunnybank.
One of the boys threatened her and showed her a weapon before the second boy got into the passenger’s seat.

The woman got out of the car and the armed male took her keys and phone.
They took off in the Mitsubishi ASX SUV.
Police then spotted the stolen car driving at speed in Logan around 10.30pm.
After a brief pursuit, police deployed stingers and the car came to a stop on Ewing Road, Woodridge.
Two juveniles were arrested and will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
