Two teens hospitalised after separate Gold Coast incidents

Two teens have been hospitalised in separate incidents on the Gold Coast overnight.

Emergency services were called to reports a car and pedestrian accident in Surfers Paradise just after 6.30 pm.

Paramedics report that a female in her late teens had to be hospitalised after she was struck along Cavill Avenue.

She’s believed to be in a stable condition in the Gold Coast University Hospital.

In the early hours of this morning, emergency services were called to Mudgeeraba, responding to a single-vehicle crash.

They assessed another female in her late teens after her car crashed on the Somerset Drive off-ramp just before 2.00 am.

She was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
