Two women mauled by dog north of Brisbane
TWO women are recovering in hospital after they were attacked by a german shepherd north of Brisbane yesterday.
The mauling happened around 11.30am at a home on Lilley Rd in Warner.
A 50-year-old woman suffered bites to her leg and arm and was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a serious condition.
Another woman received several lacerations and was taken to the same hospital in a stable condition.
The dog owner surrendered the canine to Moreton Bay Regional Council officers yesterday afternoon.
