Two young children seriously injured in Logan crash

TWO young children have been seriously injured in a two car crash in Logan.

Initial reports suggest the Honda they were travelling in was heading north on Chambers Flat Road, Park Ridge around 2.20pm on Sunday when it started to turn right in to School Road.

As the car turned, it collided with a Subaru travelling south on Chambers Flat Road.

The two children, both under the age of five, were quickly rushed to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in a serious condition.

A woman, who was a passenger in the Subaru, was transported to the Logan Hospital for observation.

Neither driver was physically injured during the incident.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
