Celebrity chefs Matt Moran, Neil Perry and George Calombaris have each created an ice cream flavour using ingredients inspired by those that were salvaged and recycled, in the hope of drawing attention to food wastage across the country.

Moran’s Banoffee Crunch, Perry’s Spiced Cookie and Salted Caramel Swirl and Calombaris’ Caramel and Walnut Baklava will be available to order through the Uber app on Friday from 11am.
