United Airlines has issued a second apology after video of a man being forcibly dragged off a United Airlines flight caused outrage worldwide.
United CEO Oscar Munoz took to the airlines official Twitter account on Wednesday, describing the incident as “truly horrific”.
“It’s never too late to do the right thing. I want you to know that we take full responsibility and we will make it right,” Mr Munoz said in the apology.

Mr Munoz vowed that the incident will never happen again.
“I have committed to our customers and their employees that we are going to fix what’s broken so this never happens again,” he wrote.
“I promise you we will do better”.
The apology comes after shares in the airline dropped dramatically overnight.
