The college was immediately placed on lockdown as firefighters, police and concerned parents rushed to the site.

Less than 24 hours later a shooter opened fire at Umpqua Community College.

Message allegedly posted on an online forum by the shooter.

‘Will post again in am, 10 min countdown. Won’t say more to much to prepare.’
