UPDATE @ October 8 2017 9.30am | A man is behind bars, charged with fatally stabbing a German tourist in an apparent road rage attack.
The 33-year-old has been charged with murder over the violent incident in Brisbane on Friday morning.
It’s alleged the Lockrose local got into a verbal argument with two men who were attempting to cross Milton Road at Petrie Terrace around 4am.

He got out of his car and allegedly stabbed the 30-year-old German National in the abdomen and back, before driving off.
The victim was rushed to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, but he later died.
He is due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday, October 9.
EARLIER @ October 6 2017 7.30am | A MAN has been rushed to hospital following a horror stabbing attack in Brisbane this morning.
Police said that around 4.00am, officers were called to the intersection of Milton Road and Petrie Terrace following reports a man had been assaulted.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and transported a man, believed to be aged in his early 30s, to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment of stab wounds to his abdomen and back.
There are reports the stabbing may have been sparked from an alleged road rage incident.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who may have seen a car leaving the area at around 4am or has further information to contact Policelink on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
