Serious concerns are being held for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition which requires medication. The teen is also unfamiliar with the Brisbane area.

The boy is described as Caucasian, 155cm tall with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, pink shirt and tan-coloured pants (as pictured).
