The New South Wales Government is again under fire after two international travellers dodged hotel quarantine in Sydney and caught a flight to Melbourne.
The incident has sparked a major public health alert, with anyone who travelled on Virgin Airways flight VA 838 from Sydney to Melbourne yesterday afternoon told to immediately quarantine at home and contact the Department of Health and Human Services.
Anyone who was at Melbourne Airport Domestic Terminal Three on Saturday afternoon is also being advised to monitor themselves for coronavirus symptoms.

Victoria Health confirmed Melbourne Airport is not a current risk to the public and reassured travellers they can continue to visit the airport.
The two international travellers, believed to be from Germany, are now in mandatory hotel quarantine in Victoria.
Thankfully the pair have returned negative results for coronavirus, however they will be tested again tomorrow.
Victoria is now calling for a full investigation and explanation from the NSW Government into how the incident occurred.
