Vandals cause $140,000 in damage at Sydney school

Police are on the hunt for two vandals responsible for destroyed a school in St Johns Park on Friday.

Two males are said to have entered the Mimosa Road high school some time between midnight and 5am.

They then smashed 15 windows on the school grounds before damaging a school projector and other electronic equipment.

The cost of the damage is estimated to be $140,000.

Police are urging anyone with information to come forward or call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
