Victoria records 12 new coronavirus cases and 1 more death
Victoria has recorded another 12 coronavirus cases overnight, along with one more death.
The infection rate is just below yesterday’s of 14, bringing the 14 day average down with it.
That number now sits at 23.6, a good sign that the state is on it’s way out of harsh restrictions.
While the new death brings Victoria’s coronavirus death toll to 782 and the national toll to 870.
The age and gender of the person is not yet known, with authorities to provide more details later today.
