Victoria has again recorded another slight increase in daily coronavirus infections, with four new cases popping up overnight.
It was all great news when the trouble state went two days of no new cases earlier this week, just as restrictions began to ease in Melbourne.
Today’s four new cases follows three yesterday, and two the day before.

Thankfully, there’s been no new deaths while the rolling 14 day average has risen slightly to 2.6.
The number of mystery cases continues to drop and now sits at two.
Regional Victoria’s 14 day average remains at zero.
The Victorian Premier and health officials will provide further information this morning.
