Victoria records another 28 coronavirus cases, 3 more deaths
Victoria has recorded another 28 coronavirus infections overnight, along with three more deaths.
The daily infection rate is slightly higher than yesterday’s promising figure of 11, but still keeps the rolling 14 day average under 50.
It’s now at 32.8 for the Melbourne area.
Three more people have passed away from the virus overnight, with their ages and genders not yet known.
Victoria’s death toll has now risen to 766, with the national toll now sitting at 854.
The Premier and health authorities will give more information later this morning.
