The Gold Coast Show 2016 is almost upon us!

Kicking off on Friday and running right through until Sunday, the 110th Gold Coast Show will be offering an array of family fun and entertainment at the Gold Coast Turf Club.

All the usual show favourites will be on offer – such as rides, delicious food and fireworks – as well as some very special featured events.


Gold Coast Show general manager Lavinia Rampino told myGC this year’s Gold Coast Show will be huge. “We’ve got some exciting stuff this year and we’ve really revamped the grounds,” she said.

Entry ticket prices (online and at the gate):
Family passes for two adults and three children – $45
Adults – $20
Concessions – $10
Child passes (under 14) – $5
Chldren under the age of 5 are free

All day ride pass prices (online only):
All day ride pass (Height restrictions apply – above 90cm) – $25 *
All day ride pass (Height restrictions apply – below 90cm) – $15 *
*All day Ride Passes are valid all day for unlimited rides and can only be purchased online

$10 Parking will be available at the Southern end of the Show site with access from Ashmore Road. Disabled parking is also situated in this area.

Taxis will be dropping off and picking up patroms from the taxi rank which is located on Equine Court off Racecourse Drive on the Northern side.

Uber is also on board and patrons can go to the pickup location on Racecourse Drive Northern side for drop off and collection.

The passenger set down and pickup is located on the Northern side of Racecourse drive.
