As the wild weather continues to wreak havoc down the east coast of Australia, sixteen of the world’s most fearless surfers are preparing to hit the water in Botany Bay for the 2016 Red Bull Cape Fear competition.
With perfect conditions for the event – solid, heavy swell and flawless winds – the competitors will battle it out in eight head-to-head heats.
Not only will they be facing off against each other, these surfers will be taking off on what Pro Guarding’s Aaron Graham describes as “the most dangerous wave on earth.” A Bondi Rescue lifeguard, Mr Graham and his Pro Guarding team will be trying to keep the surfers safe at the event.
