Volcanic ash causes Bali flight chaos
Volcanic ash is again wreaking havoc on Bali holidaymakers, with flights in and out of Denpasar cancelled.
Virgin and Jetstar on Tuesday announced that volcanic ash from an eruption at Mt Rinjani had made flying conditions unsafe.
Jetstar has cancelled some flights to and from Bali on Tuesday and says it may call off others while Virgin has cancelled all flights to and from the holiday destination.
Virgin says a decision on tomorrow’s flights will be made once they receive further updates from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre.
