Police are calling for help from the public to locate a person who set a luxury car on fire on the Gold Coast almost two weeks ago.
The person used an accelerate to set alight a Mercedes-Benz C180 along Stevens Street in Southport, around 4.00 am on Saturday, July 31.
Footage from a neighbouring security camera captured part of the crime, which police have now released to the public.

It shows the person fiddling with materials nearby on the street before a large inferno begins beside them.
The Mercedes was destroyed by the fire.
Police are now calling on anyone who might recognise the man in the video, or has more information about the attack, to come forward.
