Wanted man busted after passing out in stolen car at NSW servo

A MAN wanted on two outstanding warrants has been charged after he was found passed out in a stolen car at Seven Hills.

Police discovered the 31-year-old after they were alerted to reports of a man asleep in a car at a service station on the Prospect Highway.

Upon arrival, officers searched the vehicle and discovered a large amount of stolen property along with an amount of methylamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

The 31-year-old man was arrested and taken to Blacktown Police Station before being transported to Blacktown Hospital due to being under the influence of an illicit drug.

The man has since been charged with take and drive conveyance without consent, drive under the influence, goods in custody, possess prohibited drug, drive while disqualified and two outstanding warrants.

He was refused bail to appear at Blacktown Court today.
