For the second time in as many weeks, an airline in the US is in hot water over its treatment of passengers.
A male flight attendant has been caught on camera challenging a passenger to a fight amid an emotional confrontation with a mother.
Witnesses were boarding the American Airlines (AA) flight from San Francisco to Dallas when the attendant is accused of violently snatching a woman’s stroller, hitting her with it in the process.

He then took it from the plane, leaving the woman distressed.
The now viral video starts after the initial confrontation and shows the woman in tears and holding a young child as she asks to have the stroller returned.
Many passengers are heard commenting and one man gets out of his seat and begins a verbal argument with the employee.
The confrontation between the men quickly escalates with the attendant heard telling the passenger: “Hit me”.
AA has since apologised to the woman who chose to take another flight and was upgraded to first class.
“We are deeply sorry for the pain we have caused this passenger and her family and to any other customers affected by the incident,” the airline said in a statement the following day.
The male employee has been suspended with AA confirming it was investigating the incident.
