WATCH: CCTV footage released of terrifying Logan hold up

Police are searching for a man after he held up a pizza store in Logan and threatened staff with a knife.

The man walked into the Domino’s on Kingston Rd at Waterford West around 10.30pm last night.

Security footage shows the man jumping the counter before heading towards the kitchen area of the store.

He then confronted two employees and demanded money before the staff members fled out the front of the store.

The footage shows the workers trying desperately to hold the front door of the shop to prevent the armed robber leaving.

The man makes several attempts to escape out the front door, falling over a number of times.

He then made a beeline for the rear of the store before escaping out a back door.

Police have confirmed a sum of money was taken during the hold up.

The offender is described as around 18 years of age, Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall and was wearing a grey hoody, glasses and spoke with an Australian accent.

Anyone who recognises the man is urged to contact Police.
