Locals and tourists will soon be sliding their way into Summer, with six epic new slides set to open at WhiteWater World just in time for the holidays.
The exciting new slide attraction, dubbed Fully 6, is the first new waterpark attraction to be built on the Gold Coast in five years and will be the only tower in Australia with six body slides.
Dreamworld and WhiteWater World’s Chief Strategy Officer Paul Callander says the countdown to the opening of the attraction is officially on.

“We are incredibly excited to be launching the new Fully 6 waterslides in time for summer on the Gold Coast,” Mr Callander said.
“Our six new body slides will provide riders with a new and unique adrenalin experience at WhiteWater World.”
The attraction is still under construction at the Coomera based waterpark, with parts for the six slides shipped to the Gold Coast all the way from Istanbul in thirteen 40ft containers.
Murray Booth from Swimplex Polin Australia says he believes the attraction, which feature six body slides with five unique ‘splashtacular’ experiences and multi-coloured natural light effects, will be a huge hit.
“We think the freefall slides will be very popular, as they are the fastest way from the top to the bottom!” Mr Booth said.
“We are halfway through lifting all the slide pieces into position and have a thorough testing program to go through before people can start enjoying this new attraction.”
The waterslides, which have a combined surface length of half a kilometre, are due to be completed and ready to slide this Summer so get your swimmers ready!
