The votes are in and comic book fans are raving about the just-released trailer for the hugely anticipated Avengers: Infinity War.
Marvel Studios sent superhero nerds into a tizz overnight by dropping the 2 minute trailer on YouTube and Facebook (see it below) with fans quickly rating it far better than the Justice League film by rival DC Comics.
It showcases an epic line-up of stars and their respective superheroes, including Ironman/Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Hulk/Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), War Machine (Don Cheadle), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Spiderman/Peter Parker (Tom Holland), Captain America (Chris Evans), and Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper).

In the opening sequence, Gamora fills us in on what’s going down with the impending arrival of ‘bad guy’ Thanos (Josh Brolin).
“The entire time I knew him, he only ever had one goal—to wipe out half the universe. If he gets all the Infinity Stones, he can do it with the snap of his fingers, just like that.”
The trailer provides an insight in to just how the huge cast of heroes will play a part in taking down Thanos.
Everyone loved the humour embedded throughout the latest Thor instalment and it seems we may get a laugh or two out of this as well.
“Let’s talk about this plan of yours. I think it’s good, except… it sucks.”
