The third Gold Coast Open House is set to be bigger than ever before, with 40 buildings, places and spaces set to unlock their doors to the public on Saturday November 4.
They include Commonwealth Games venues, heritage gems, inspiration homes, television and radio studios, architecturally significant buildings, schools, universities, churches and workplaces.

With so many spaces open this year, Mr Ewart said locals will need to plan ahead.
“You won’t be able to get around all 40 buildings on the day, so you have to pick the ones you are most attracted to and set a timetable for yourself to get through them.”
