It’s believed police were suspicious of the man’s behaviour, so they conducted a search of the vehicle.

Police then located a clip seal bag containing over one kilogram of methylamphetamine crystals on the passenger seat in the car.

The 30-year-old was immediately arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs.

He’ll appear at the Sandgate Magistrates court on Monday.
