WATCH: Police hunting group after teen left for dead in Logan

Police have released fresh vision as the hunt for seven people believed to be behind the horror assault of an 18-year-old man in Logan ramps up.

The teen remains in an induced coma at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital after being found unconscious with significant facial injuries on the side of Kruger Road at Carbrook in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The attack is believed to have been sparked by an earlier altercation that occurred between two different groups in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

The group are then seen running back to the Camry, before they followed the Commodore southbound on the M1 to Carbrook, where the teen was found seriously injured.

Detectives are still working to track down those responsible and are calling on those pictured in the below footage to come forward.

Police are also asking anyone who recognises those involved, or anyone who saw the two vehicles and may have dash cam, to contact police.
