New footage has again been released overnight, and is probably the most disturbing footage yet, depicting the final moments of Mr Bowden’s life.
CCTV from a neighbouring Pimpama property shows him arriving home in a black BWM and parking in his garage.
Two offenders then run up the street and into the garage, where they remain for mere seconds, before fleeing the scene.
Police believe that in that time, 21 rounds were fired from a machine pistol and a shotgun.
The offenders then run back to a silver commodore driven by a third offender.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who may know the identity of the two suspects to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Police Link on 131 444.
A $250,000 reward or indemnity remains up for grabs for anyone who provides information that leads to a conviction.
