If we followed Lucy’s law like they did in the UK, pet stores would be banned from selling puppies and kittens therefore helping eradicate the horrendous cruelty that happens in puppy farms. Man’s best friend might be the dog, but a dogs worst enemy are the humans who are only interested in exploiting them for money and to hell with their welfare.
