Managing Director Queensland Geoff Hogg said The Star was looking forward to once again being a part of the hugely successful Festival, which brings tens of thousands of people to the Coast annually.
“The Blues on Broadbeach Music Festival is a fantastic driver of tourism to the Gold Coast during May, it injected over $20 million into the economy last year, with over 160,000 people in attendance, this boosts the local economy and supports local business which is extremely important,” Mr Hogg said.
“Having recently transitioned to The Star Gold Coast, we are proud to continue our partnership with Blues on Broadbeach and are extremely excited to be presenting a huge variety of Blues Artists as a part of the Festival, including the free and exclusive Russell Morris concert,” he said.
Tickets to the Russell Morris concert are free and only available for collection in person at the Box Office at The Star. The first release will be available from 9am on Friday May 12, with the second and final release of tickets available from 9am on Thursday May 18.
