WATCH: Vision released as Police hunt man, woman over M1 car jacking

Police have released vision of a man and woman wanted over a car jacking and attempted car jackings on Friday.

A silver Ford Falcon was spotted driving dangerously in the southbound lanes of the M1 at Burleigh when it suddenly stopped in front of a black BMW.

The driver of the BMW evaded them and drove off.

The pair is also accused of trying to confront another driver with a weapon on the M1 without success.

A short time later they forced a 67-year-old woman out of her car near the Palm Beach exit.

The vehicle is a black Mazda CX3 with New South Wales registration DSE-11Z.

Police are appealing for anyone who knows the whereabouts of the man and woman to come forward.

They’ve also renewed their appeal for anyone with dashcam footage of any of the incidents to contact them.
